Veterans United Support Services was founded by Ron Blair, Monte Growe, and Sean Jakubowski. Three dedicated leaders committed to improving the lives of veterans and their families. Drawing on their shared passion for service, advocacy, and community support, they established the organization.  Veterans United Support Service  provides resources, assistance, and opportunities that empower veterans to thrive after military service. Through their vision and leadership, Veterans United Support Services continues to strengthen connections, foster resilience, and honor the sacrifices made by those who have served our nation.

Ron Blair - President

President and Co-Founder of Veterans United Support Services. He is a US Army disabled vet. He was inspirational in the formulation process as he saw a need to help Veterans. He has strived to to assist both male and female Veterans. His background is varied between worker and management positions. His latest passion is to build a Women Warriors Compound, enabling homeless women veterans with or without children, as a temporary sheltering arrangement while the client  awaits permanent housing. 

He is retired USAF, a disabled Viet Nam Era Veteran well versed in both the civilian world and the non-for-profit organizations. He spent 30 years as a BSA volunteer, created Air Force policy, earned a M B A. He is cognizant in the needs of veterans and the administration required to obtain funding. 

 He is a non-military volunteer  that i involved with Veterans United Support Services to honor his father, a bronze star and purple heart combat veteran of the Korean War. He is a retired I T professional with experience in varied industries. He has experience  in management, training and quality assurance. He brings these skills to assist  veterans in need. 

 She was a nurse a para legal and worked in finance. She is a non - military volunteer, a spouse of a retired USAF veteran and holds a BS in accounting and a M B A.Her background is truly varied from scouting to a motorcycle instructor.

 She is a professional Escrow Officer / Para legal. She is the spouse and caregiver of  a U S Army veteran. Her administrative skills prove to be limitless.

 He is  a non- military Volunteer with a heart of gold. He has a AS Electrical Mechanical / Biomedical Tech Certification. He is also a member of the Community Emergency Response Team C.E.R.T. He holds Multiple Federal Emergency Management Agency ( FEMA ) Certifications.

He is a U S Army disabled veteran seeking to help his fellow vets. His constant vigilance to new opportunities to assist veterans and improve their  quality of life. He has learned the many facets of the Veterans Administration during his own plight for disability. He holds a BS in Business Management
